Search
Find any data inside any drawing in just a few seconds!
Everest brings you the most powerful and the fastest search feature ever. Search for text everywhere inside your drawings including layer and block names, text objects, hyperlink, xdata just to name a few... If a drawing element has a textual content, Everest can find it. But there is more! Open a drawing matching your search criteria, and Everest will precisely locate any matching data by highlighting it and zooming to it.

Navigate through your documents with unparalleled ease using the Virtual Desktop
Everest's unique desktop views remove the need to look into depths of folders to find your design documents. All your documents, regardless of their location on disk, are presented in a single view sorted by the criteria of your choice, so locating any document is extremely easy no matter where it is. Everest also provides a folder view similar to Windows Explorer, but easier to navigate because filtered by document types, resulting in less folders and documents to navigate through, only the useful ones. Also, the incremental search lets you find a document as you type the first letters of its name.

Create and use revisions of your documents easily
With Everest's revision feature you can create at any time and with a single click a new revision of a design document, so you can keep track of its evolution over time. No more copying and renaming of files to manage revisions! For any document you can see its revision history, view in AutoCAD the content of a past revision or compare two revisions to see what has changed at this time. And if recent changes to a document were made by accident, Everest also lets you get back to the content of a past revision, making it the current state of the document.

Compare
See graphically the changes between two design documents
Everest comparison feature shows the graphical differences between two versions of a drawing within AutoCAD . Added, deleted and modified elements are displayed using customizable color coding. The comparison also produces a detailed report explaining precisely the changes in both graphical and non-graphical objects. Select a graphical object in the report and Everest will highlight it and zoom to it in the graphical view so you can visually see the change!
